Store History
The Round House opened for business in October 1971. In a short time,
the company grew from a small 1,000 square foot store to a 6,500 square
foot business, with a rental shop at the local ski hill, Bridger Bowl. The peak employee base between the two stores is approximately 50 people.
The founding principle was to offer the people of south-central Montana
nothing but the finest in quality merchandise, product knowledge, and service.
Our reputation and growth are based on the image that our\ team has created.
Everyone is committed to achievement and excellence. This comes through
hard work by each person; there is no person that won't contribute. Product
knowledge, good merchandising, and a continual effort to be aware of our customer's needs are key factors in our success.
To satisfy our customers, we carefully study the products available in the
market, select those that best fit our customers needs, learn as much about them as possible and then utilize this knowledge to properly match the customer
with the right product for them. We never try to "oversell" or "undersell". We
honestly try to sell the right items to each consumer.
